Girly you rock

I've just bought my first Some Odd Girl stamps, they are so cute. I've made a card using Dancin Mae and coloured her with Copic markers, I'm really happy how her hair turned out :) I fussy cut Mae out and used foam dots to pop her up on a journal card. I've then used  some Kaiser brick wall paper, some blue card stock and a pearl white base card. I've stamped and embossed the words Girly you rock and added some string and staples. I had loads of fun with this card.

Merci - Thank you

Thank you cards come in handy so I've made this one using Kraftin Kimmies Tara stamp. I've coloured Tara with Copic markers and fussy cut her out, I'm quite happy with her pleats and hair. I've die cut an Eiffel Tower in silver and stuck it behind her. I've die cut a fancy spellbinders oval to frame Tara  and the Eiffel Tower. I've then used a couple of papers from the Kaiser black and white collection. I've stamped the word Merci and added a red gem.

Hi Hippo

High Hopes have a challenge called 'In the Air' this week and I couldn't resist making a card for this theme. I've used High Hooes Juliettes Leap of Faith stamp and coloured her with Copic markers and fussy cut her out so I could pop her up with some double sided foam tape. My background paper is from the Here and Now collection by Studio Calico. I've used a sizzix die to make the cityscape and put everything on a dark blue base card. I found some glittery lettering to spell ou hi. I'll be sending this card to one of my pen pals :)

Birthday Girl

Here's a Birthday card that I made with my new set of Kraftin Kimmie stamps, I've used one of the cute images from the Birthday Lulu set. I've started with a purple (my favourite colour) case card, and then added green polka dot paper from Kaiser. I've added a panel of birthday present paper that I've had for ages matted onto pink card. I've then used a purple matt for my birthday Lulu image which I've coloured with Copic markers. I coloured the cupcake twice so I could pop it up for dimension. I've added some doodling and gems to finish it off.
I'm entering my card into:

Hi there owl

I'm having a go at this months Paper Smooches Sketch Challenge. I've used a yellow base card and then layered some starry paper that I had in my stash. I die cut some yellow card to represent a moon and then used one of the Paper Smooches border dies to cut some purple card into a hill/curved shape like in the sketch. I used Paper Smooches Hooties stamp stamp set, I stamped them and coloured in Copic markers. I embossed the hi word from the same set in orange and added some pearls to finish off.

Welcome Baby

I know a few girls having babies so I thought that I'd start making a couple of baby cards ready. I've used the really cute digi image Pram Baby Baby from Ladybug Crafts Ink to make this card. I've coloured this image with Copic markers and cut it out using spellbinders labels. I've used a combination of pale pink card stock and a paper that has the words 'oh so sweet' on it. I've embellished with pink satin ribbon, a pink safety pin and som mini buttons. I've stamped a sentiment saying 'welcome baby'.

Birthday Blast

High Hopes have a Double Trouble challenge this week, so I thought I'd make a boys birthday card which is always handy to have in my card stash. I've used the High Hopes stamps Chuck and UFO to create a little space scene. The sentiment, planet and moonscape are all freebies from a magazine. The star paper was something I found in my paper stash and I've added some blue bakers twine. I've coloured Chuck and the UFO with distress markers on watercolour paper.
