Paper Smooches - Fun and Cute challenge
Paper Smooches have a new chance to win some fantastic prizes so I just had to have a go :) the theme is to create 'something fun and cute'. So using the little Paper Smooches monster from Falling for You, and the cute cows from the Paper Smooches set Green Acres, I stamped on shrink plastic and coloured with coloured pencils. I then shrank them down in the oven and turned them into earrings using a couple of beads and findings. I now have wearable Paper Smooches :)

Paper Smooches - Picture Perfect Challenge
Here is my entry in the Paper Smooches 'Picture Perfect' challenge. It's the first time I've done one of these and I did find it challenging. I ended up recreating the mosaic love heart by punching out squares and then cutting them into triangles. I then used the stethoscope (listening to the heart beat) and warm thoughts saying from the Paper Smooches 'First Aid Kit'. I used the colours that were in the photo to try and tie the whole theme and challenge together.http://papersmoochessparks.blogspot.com.au/

This is my second entry for the Art Impressions 'Pop It Up Challenge'. I've stamped 'Celeste' on water colour paper 3 times and coloured each image 3 times with Tim Holtz distress markers. I've then fussy cut all the layers out and 3D'd her with foam dots for lots of dimension. I've used a Kaiser paper for the background, a chipboard fancy light, and a couple of gems. I'm really happy with how this card turned out.http://artimpressionsstamps.blogspot.com.au/

I've used a background paper from a 'Creative' paper pad a movie reel sticker, some gems and lots of foam dots so it really stands out.http://artimpressionsstamps.blogspot.com.au/

Paper Smooches anything goes challenge
Here's my entry for The Paper Smooches 'Anything Goes' challenge I used the goat from the 'Green Acres' set and coloured with Tim Holtz distress markers. I die cut a speech bubble and used 'Thickers' for the word hi. This was a pre printed card background. This goat really makes me smile I'm sending this card to my sister as she loves goats.http://papersmoochessparks.blogspot.com/
Anything goes challenge
Another entry for another challenge, this time I'm entering the Bunny Zoe anything goes challenge. I needed to have stitching and wings on my project. I've used the adorable (Lenny's love me nots) High Hopes stamp coloured with Tim Holtz distress markers using a blender pen on watercolour paper. The papers are from Kaiser. I have machine stitched around the edge of the papers, and hand stitched 2 little crosses in pink on the main image. The little blue bird is popped up in this card. I got the spell binders out again and found a little crochet flower to finish my project off. I'm also entering this card into the One Crazy Stamper Challenge (anything goes).http://www.onecrazystampercom.blogspot.com.au/
Lili of the Valley 'Anything goes challenge'
I'm loving the challenges I'm finding on line, this is my entry for the January 'Anything Goes' Lili of the Valley challenge. Doing these challenges gives me the chance to use my stash and to practice. The little bunny has been popped up in this card. I've coloured with Tim Holtz distress markers using a blender pen on watercolour paper. I used my fancy ovals spell binders and some Kaiser flowers.
High Hopes guest designer
I was lucky enough to win my very first challenge and was asked if I'd like to be a guest designer. The challenge was to use stripes with a High Hopes stamp. I chose 'Leo' and coloured with Tim Holtz distress markers, I really like 3D effects so with Leo I popped up his front feet and head. The striped paper is from Doodlebug
My first on line challenge
This is my very first challenge, and the card responsible for me starting a blog. I'd been ill, and to take my mind off things I decided to enter a challenge. I love High Hopes stamps so thought I'd give it a go. I've used surf scene Dudley and coloured him with Tim Holtz distress markers using a blender pen on watercolour paper. I've used Kaiser papers and a bit of raffia. The challenge was called 'on a sunny day'.
