Brave Chick

I think most of us have been touched by cancer at sometime, Ive made an interchangeable magnetic
card as its breast cancer awareness month. Ive used the image Brave Chick from Amy Doodles Stamp Co. Brave Chick is 2 pages of sentiments and images. Ive used almost all the elements printing them out and colouring them in with copic markers or printing them out on pink card. Ive stuck magnets  to each piece  and then cut each piece out again. For the base card I have used fluro pink then matted in black. I used a piece of pink spotted paper from Kaiser Craft. I then die cut a piece of pink card stock and then a piece from a magnet sheet. I also punched a label shape out of magnet. Ive stuck all this on to my card. I needed somewhere for all the pieces so I made a little shopping bag out of vellum and put a little label on it saying get wiggy wit it. I also added a pink ribbon button.
The copic markers that I used are:
B000, B00, B02,B05, B23, B28,Y00, Y11, Y21, E000, E00, E02, E33, E35, E50, RV10, RV13, RV14, R20
The magnetic sheet was bought from a discount store and is self adhesive
To find Brave Chick check out the Amy Doodles Stamp Co.

Just Frank

Introducing Just Frank from Amy Doodles Stamp Co. I've coloured Frank with Copic markers, I coloured his head twice! So I could make his head move with an action wobble spring (avail on eBay and crafts on line). I've then popped all of Frank up with double sided tape. I've made a moon by die cutting a circle then embossing it with a circle patterned folder in my cutterbug. I've used an embossed background paper from Kaiser Crafts 13th hour collection. Then it's been matted on red card then onto a green base card. I made a sentiment on my computer and popped it up with double sided foam tape. I've added some bat stickers from Jolees and some gems. This is my first post for Amy Doodles Stamp Co. As a design team member, I'm so honoured to be on this team, and having a ball creating with her awesome stamps.
The colours that I used are:
R27 R29 V01 V04 V06 V09 YG03 YG06 YG09 C3 C5 C7 and Y08
Here are the links so you can find Frank easily, and the link for the Amy Doodles Stamp Co website.

Funky earrings

As soon as I saw the Diane's dia de Los Muertos digi stamp on the Amy Doodles Stamp Co. Face book page and web site I wanted it and straight away I wanted to make Earrings from it. So I printed it out onto shrink plastic twice. I then coloured them in with highlighter markers and then cut them out. Into the oven they went to shrink them. My hubby then helped me out by drilling holes into the tops so I could turn them into earrings with some Fluro beads and findings. I had hoped my colouring had of been a little more Fluro but I'm really happy with how they've turned out. I'm going to enter them into the Amy doodles Stamp co DT call.

Not hip to be square this week

This week Polkadoodles are having a challenge where they don't want square projects. So I've coloured their business man with Copic markers and cut him out. I've then stuck him to a clothes peg with foam tape. I painted the peg gold and stuck a magnetic strip to it making him a magnetic note clip or photo clip for the fridge.
